Product Overview

Based on the high-viscosity characteristics of asphalt, our company has, in light of practical conditions and drawing on advanced domestic and international concepts, designed and developed the BJ643H series of pneumatically actuated, thermally insulated three-way valves for conveying high-temperature asphalt, thereby significantly enhancing the production efficiency of asphalt systems in China’s asphalt mixing equipment.

The BJ643H series pneumatic insulated three-way valve features a flanged connection, with a cast steel body. The valve plug is made of aluminum alloy and automatically adjusts and self-repairs against the stainless steel sealing surfaces of the valve body during operation, thereby extending its service life. The cylinder and piston are custom-designed according to the valve’s specifications to ensure optimal opening and closing performance, further enhancing durability. The valve stem and guide posts are fabricated from stainless steel, guaranteeing resistance to corrosion even in harsh environments and ensuring reliable, trouble-free operation. A spring installed on the piston rod not only ensures reliable operation across a pressure range of 0.3 MPa to 1.0 MPa but also provides cushioning to protect the valve plug and piston; moreover, in the event of air loss in the cylinder, the spring can seal the oil outlet circuit.

The BJ643H series pneumatic insulated three-way valve utilizes a piston to create two sealed chambers within the cylinder; the pressure differential between these chambers controls the valve’s opening and closing. Limit switches are installed on the upper and lower covers of the cylinder, ensuring precise spool displacement and enabling automated control.
