Product Introduction
The main components of the QGB Series Internal Gear Pump are a pair of gears, consisting of one circular arc gear and one cycloidal gear. The internal gear pump offers advantages such as low noise, low flow pulsation, good suction performance, insensitivity to contaminants, reliable operation, long service life, and ease of maintenance and repair. It is particularly suitable for conveying high-viscosity media with high-precision metering requirements. It is also ideal for handling various liquids free of solid particles (or with solid particles ≤ 0.08 mm), serving as a lubricating oil pump, fuel oil pump, fluid transfer pump, hydraulic pump, and more. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, textile, daily chemicals, and highway asphalt construction.
The QGB Series Internal Gear Pump manufactured by our company is designed and developed based on the characteristics of high-viscosity media. Components such as the cycloidal gear, circular arc gear, and pump body are machined using CNC machining centers, ensuring high processing precision. The volumetric efficiency reaches up to 90%, and the maximum operating temperature is ≤ 350 °C. Compared with other products in the same industry, it features advantages such as low relative sliding speed of the gear pair, minimal wear, low noise, strong suction capacity, high discharge pressure, and a compact structure.
