Overview
The QCB series rubber-asphalt pump is an external gear pump consisting of two gears, a pump housing, and front and rear covers that define two sealed chambers. As the gears rotate, the volume of the chamber on the disengaged side decreases, creating a vacuum that draws in the fluid; simultaneously, the volume of the chamber on the engaged side increases, forcing the fluid into the pipeline.
The QCB series rubber-asphalt pump is specially designed by our company for conveying rubber-powder-modified asphalt. It was successfully developed in 2011 and awarded a utility model patent the following year. This pump is particularly well suited for handling rubber-powder modifiers produced by cutting and crushing used tires, and can convey media containing hard and tough impurities such as fine steel wire particles and sand.
